This is what happens when two insanely good-looking people produce a child. The 15 year old daughter of American actor Johnny Depp and Chanel model/muse & French actress/icon Vanessa Paradis, made her very first appearance at the Chanel fashion show in New York on Tuesday. The show was a feature of the Paris-Salzburg Metiers d'Art collection that Karl Lagerfeld, Chanel creative director, brought all the way from Austria to New York. Paradis is a long-time muse of the Langerfeld. She was referred to as 'one of Karl Lagerfeld's favourite girls' by Marie Claire in December 2014 and has been a long-time Chanel ambassador. According to Vogue, Johnny Depp’s ex-partner first posed for a Chanel perfume ad in 1991.
Lily-Rose Depp was seen in a pale blue and lavender outfit, that also featured a silver belt around the waist and fabric decorating her neck. She wore a crop top with an attached scarf and a long skirt that was hand embroidered with crystals.
Venessa sported a furry black dress with a broader silhouette featuring criss-crossing silver designs and a jewel encrusted belt for the event.
“It’s a first,” said Paradis about the family fashion outing, which also included her 11-year-old son, Jack. “It’s moving and emotional.”
“I lived here a long time ago and each time I’m back, it just fills my heart with sparkles. I love it. It’s really awesome.” She said about being back in NYC. Lily was definitely the star of the show at the Chanel Art show and did her supermodel mummy proud.
The mother and daughter were seen amongst a lot of stars including the likes of Beyoncé, Julianne Moore, Dakota Johnson, Pharrell Williams, Lily Collins, etc, in a highly- anticipated event at the Mercer Hotel in NYC.
